Great State of Maine Air Show Only Three Weeks Away

Air Show Coming to Brunswick Executive Airport August 26-27

The Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority (MRRA) is pleased to once again be the host airport for the Great State of Maine Air Show, featuring the U.S. Navy Blue Angels.

The Air Show Network is running the event again and is the point of contact for all questions regarding admission, tickets, performers, schedule, parking, volunteer and sponsorship opportunities.

MRRA provides the venue, but does not manage the actual air show.

Please use the contact list below to reach an Air Show Network staff for help with your question.

KBXM NOTICE TO AIRMEN

Pilots, if you are planning to fly in for the Great State of Maine Air Show, please be advised that the airport will close each day, Thursday August 24th through Sunday August 27th, at 11:00 AM. The airport will reopen after the final performance each day. Please don’t plan to depart before 5:00 PM each day.

It is highly recommended that you purchase tickets in advance online. If you don’t have tickets when you land, you will be required to walk to the admissions gate, which is about a half mile walk.

Aircraft parking and the terminal building are within the approach lines used by the Blue Angels, so you will not be able to return to your aircraft or enter the terminal building until after the Blue Angels have completed their demonstration.
