SaviLinx to Hire 200 Contact Center Employees

IMG_3927SaviLinx, LLC, a contact center specializing in business process outsourcing and technical support services, announces that it plans to add 200 new staff members at its Brunswick headquarters. These customer service and quality assurance positions will be in addition to the 100 contact center agents and staff at the company’s Maine headquarters and the 200 located in its Hattiesburg, MS locations. The hires are needed to support a large contract that extends SaviLinx’s scope of work for an insurance services provider, including quality monitoring and inbound phone inquiries.
