Wayfair Opens Brunswick Landing Offices
Wayfair, a publicly traded, Boston-based ecommerce company with more than $2 billion in annual sales, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to christen its new B2B office building at Brunswick Landing. The company intends to hire about 500 employees by the end of the year to fully staff its new operation here.
About 100 people attended the event this morning and had the opportunity to meet many of Wayfair’s top excecutives and take guided tours of the building.
Wayfair Chairman and Co-founder Steve Conine gave a short speech and cut the ribbon. John Butera, of the Maine Governor’s Office, and Brunswick Town Manager John Eldridge also spoke at the ceremony.
